Account and Data Deletion
At QuizQ (developed by StavicQ), we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your QuizQ account and all associated data, you can do so by following the steps outlined below.
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you want to proceed before submitting your request.
How to Request Account Deletion
Follow these steps to delete your account:
- Send Email Request: Send an email to info@stavicq.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
- Include Required Information: In your email, please provide:
- Your registered email address
- Your QuizQ username (if applicable)
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
- Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request
- Processing Time: Your request will be processed within 30 days after verification
Tip: You can also initiate this request from within the QuizQ app (Settings → Delete Account), which will direct you to this page.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our primary systems:

Note: If you keep any data locally on your device (for example, offline quiz files), you may need to uninstall the app or clear app storage to remove local copies.
Data Retention & Exceptions
Legal, Security & Backup Retention
Some limited data may be retained for a short time after deletion for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance:
- Security and abuse-prevention logs: May be retained for up to 90 days
- Backup systems: Data may remain in backups until the next backup cycle (typically up to 90 days)
- Legal obligations: Data may be retained if required to comply with law or enforce our terms
Note: Aggregated and anonymized data that cannot identify you personally may be retained for service improvement.
Third-Party Service Providers
QuizQ relies on service providers to operate the app (for example: AWS for hosting, Aiven for PostgreSQL database, and OpenAI for quiz generation). We process your deletion request by removing your data from our primary systems. Service providers process data on our behalf to provide the service.
If you signed in with Google, you can also manage your Google account connection settings from your Google Account.
After Deletion
Once your account is deleted:
- You will no longer be able to access your QuizQ account
- Saved boards, progress, and history stored in your account will be permanently removed
- You can create a new account at any time, but previous data cannot be restored
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
